Was looking for a place that does ear piercing for my daughter and was recommended Haroon jewellers. Excellent customer service. The person doing the piercing was very friendly and answered any questions that I had. Prior to my visit, I called and again the person on the phone was very friendly. I would highly recommend haroon jewellers for their professionalism and expertise. This was my first visit and even though I wasn’t there to purchase anything at that time, it was to repair a few items as well as adjust a ring size. Khurram and his Colleague ensured that I was kept up to date on when my items would be ready to collect but what stood out from their customer service is that they understood the sentimental value of one of the items and decided against altering anything without running it past me first. I have been to many jewellers in the past but this by far is the best service I have received where they do really put the customer at the forefront. I will definitely be back when I’m ready to make my next purchase. Thanks again to the team at haroon jewellers.

This is my 'go to' shop for gold jewellery. The older gentleman who owns the shop is lovely, very respectful and always happy to help. Beautiful jewellery sold and will do small adjustments in-house there and then if needed.
