This was my first visit and even though I wasn’t there to purchase anything at that time, it was to repair a few items as well as adjust a ring size. Khurram and his Colleague ensured that I was kept up to date on when my items would be ready to collect but what stood out from their customer service is that they understood the sentimental value of one of the items and decided against altering anything without running it past me first. I have been to many jewellers in the past but this by far is the best service I have received where they do really put the customer at the forefront. I will definitely be back when I’m ready to make my next purchase. Thanks again to the team at haroon jewellers.
